EUXINUS Foundation is a cultural, scientific, social, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit establishment.
The name of the establishment, inspired by one of the ancient names of the Black Sea, Pontus Euxinus, proposes a symbolic projection of a cultural and spiritual area, determinative for the configuration of the European civilization.
The statutes and current form of organization of the Foundation have been settled on June 19, 2003.
The main activities of the EUXINUS Foundation:
- activities for education and research covering a wide range of disciplines (anthropology and ethnology, social and political sciences, historical and philological sciences, theology and philosophy, as well as their interference areas with other disciplines).
- philanthropic and charitable activities, based on the principle of mutual aid and social harmony.
- collaboration with other cultural, scientific, educational and charity institutions, from our country and from all over the world.
